What if my order is delivered damaged by the carrier?

Please send an email to truegeminicosmetics@gmail.com and include your ORDER NUMBER in the subject line and send a PICTURE of your damaged product. Customers who’s orders arrive damaged are entitled to receive store credit OR a free replacement. Shipping charges may apply.
